David Oase - CPA
David Oase lived in Tucson as a youngster before his family moved to Tennessee. He returned in 1985 to attend the University of Arizona, and Tucson has been his home ever since. He graduated from the U of A in 1989, became a CPA in 1993, and in 1997 he earned his securities license. David took control of the family business in 1992 and has expanded his company to better meet the needs his clients. Along with income tax preparation and accounting services for small businesses, David helps his clients with forming LLCs and corporations, budgeting and investment planning. In his spare time David likes to turn his backyard into a playground for his daughters, their friends, and his nieces and nephews. He organizes games in the swimming pool, the Xbox, and board games such as Dungeons and Dragons. He also enjoys traveling and visiting family members living in Taiwan and producing videos for churches.

Annette Stevens - CPA
Annette graduated from Tucson’s Santa Rita High School in 1983. She moved to Florida in 1985 and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1989 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Annette returned to Tucson in 1999 and resumed working with her father, Ken Oase, at his accounting firm, The Tax Man, where she had worked while she was in high school. She incorporated the family business in 1990 as the Oase-Stevens Corporation. She received her CPA in 1991 and worked for David Cutler, CPA, from 1991 to 1993. Annette specializes in general accounting services for corporations and partnerships as well as individual tax returns. She also provides on-site QuickBooks consulting services for those clients who prefer to do their own bookkeeping.  Annette has 3 children and recently celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary.  She likes to play the guitar, visit with friends and work in children's ministries.  Her favorite ministry is the Adventurer Club for kids ages 4-9 and has discovered the joy of giving train rides on a "train" made from a riding lawmower and dollys.

Roslynn Whitman - Bookkeeper
Lynn Whitman came to Tucson in 1994, leaving her native Pasadena, California for clean air and a family-friendly environment. Lynn worked in banking for 16 years before joining David Oase in 1995. She loves working in customer service. Lynn is a happily married mother of two grown children. In her spare time she is a Tupperware distributor and enjoys collecting antiques and multicolor liquor glasses.

Carol Ryberg - Bookkeeper
Carol was born in Lynwood California and moved here to our beautiful town when she was 4. She was an executive assistant for a probate lawyer for 5 years, but soon discovered that her true joy is customer service. She has done bookkeeping for 24 years, and the last 6 of those have been here at David Oase CPA, PC. Carol is a mother of two and grandmother of one. One of her daughters is going to school to become a massage therapist. And her other daughter is an artistic homemaker taking care of her family and brightening up her life with arts and crafts. She is also going to school for real estate with Carol. While being a wonderful mother to her two daughters, she raised quarter horses for 10 years. Carol’s hobbies include horse riding and loving animals.
